Description

Lead manufacturing engineering for multiple product families, owning process optimization, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and daily support for manufacturing operations across multiple product lines.
• Investigate manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Support process validation, manufacturing process development, and equipment improvements.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to qualify components and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational excellence projects and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within medical devices or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and quality systems.
• Experience with root cause investigations, CAPA, and PFMEA.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong technical communication skills.
