Description

You will lead manufacturing process setups and manage complex engineering projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead new process setups and manage the installation of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and automation systems.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while leading engineering teams.
• Design facilities and layouts using ergonomics, cycle time analysis, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems using data-driven techniques.
• Develop technical documentation, reports, and presentations for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and project leadership.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and JIT.
• Experience with PFMEA, Pareto analysis, and SPC.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and simulation software.
• Ability to manage cycle time analysis and facilities/layout design.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA and ISO.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team Center and NX.
