Description

You will lead the development and execution of manufacturing plans to support engineering projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Setup manufacturing processes, update layouts, and manage the installation of equipment and tooling.
• Coordinate multifunctional reviews, prepare technical documentation, and present executive reports.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and purchase orders for new tooling and equipment.
• Identify and resolve complex engineering problems using data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing processes with a focus on new process setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and JIT.
• Hands-on experience with PFMEA and Pareto analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and simulation software.
• Knowledge of cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Team Center and NX.
