You will lead the development of marketing reports and dashboards to drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports and dashboards using Tableau Online, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce reports.
• Translate business requirements from marketing, sales, and partner teams into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Manage data sources and tables within Tableau and Oracle databases.
• Analyze data trends to provide recommendations for process improvements and marketing mix optimization.
• Maintain the Unified Data Dictionary and perform thorough QC processes to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in developing reporting, forecasting, and predictive modeling for Marketing or Sales Operations.
• Expert-level experience with Tableau CRM (3+ years) and Tableau Online (5-7 years).
• Expert understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and reporting.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and SOQL coding languages.
• Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, Python, and R.
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into actionable dashboards.
• Experience synthesizing complex data into digestible formats.

Preferred Skills

• Apex coding experience.
• Relevant industry certifications.
