Description

Own the implementation, customization, and production support of IBM MDM Advanced Edition 11x environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize IBM MDM using Extension Addition, Business Proxies, SDP, Match/Merge Rules, Event Manager, and Notifications.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving data loading problems, and optimizing performance.
• Analyze and fix application errors and performance bottlenecks in the MDM AE environment.
• Collaborate with client and database administration teams to resolve production-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Document and track issues via ticketing systems, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition.
• Expertise in Java and JEE development.
• Proficiency in Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
• Experience with RSA RAD, WebSphere, and MDM Workbench.
• Strong Linux/Unix operating system skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Experience in Banking or Insurance domains.
• Strong client collaboration and communication skills.
