Description

You will function as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply working knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div. 1) and Process Piping code (B31.3) to engineering tasks.
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional engineering teams on site.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs in engineering initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or chemical processing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated experience in environmental sustainability sectors (e.g., biogas, renewable energy, waste treatment).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience utilizing Project Management and Project Engineering methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in industrial environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Direct design or operational experience with centrifugal blowers, oil-flooded screw compressors, and/or industrial mixers.
• Familiarity with the gas processing, oil and gas, or chemical industries.
