Description

You will design, build, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities for a large financial services enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy new collaboration capabilities to achieve strategic goals.
• Deliver excellent support for M365 services, including participation in the on-call rotation.
• Manage support tickets within SLAs and drive Microsoft support cases to closure.
• Admin Proofpoint Email Protection, including DLP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and incident response.
• Apply ITIL best practices using Service Now for incidents, problems, and knowledge management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably within large financial services environments.
• Expert-level administration of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, OneDrive, Viva Engage, and Stream.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting diagnostics for M365 services.
• Strong knowledge of networking and security: DNS, Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access, MFA, SSO, CASB, and firewalls.
• Experience with Intune, Endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in Service Now for IT Service Management and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or significant relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, MS-721, MS-102).
• Experience with Copilot, Power Apps, and SharePoint Framework development.
• Familiarity with migration tools (BitTitan, ShareGate) and communication platforms (Zoom, Hearsay).
