Description

You will design and implement technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering and gap-fit analysis with business and application teams.
• Design and configure entities, workflows, and business process flows.
• Develop custom extensions using plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Execute data migrations and manage deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development.
• Proven experience with at least 2 full implementation projects.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Expertise in writing plugins, custom scripts, and custom/SSRS reports.
• Strong understanding of the CRM security model and functional areas like Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Experience with integrations via web services (REST/SOAP) and messaging (NServiceBus).
• Technical knowledge of O365 Administration, AD Synchronization, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with MS Outlook.
