Description

You will lead the architecture and development of solutions within the Dynamics 365 Sales module. You own the end-to-end delivery of process automation, new features, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop solutions for Dynamics 365 Sales, including process automation and feature enablement.
• Troubleshoot heavily customized modules, system components, UI issues, and security/access configurations.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party services such as MS SharePoint, The Portal Connector (TPC), and Sitefinity.
• Define deployment pipelines, strategies, and testing protocols in collaboration with the Product team.
• Provide technical mentoring to other developers and lead solution development with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and architecting solutions within Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 Sales module customizations and system components.
• Hands-on experience managing Security, Permissions, and Access within Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and data replication tools.
• Proficiency with MS SharePoint integration.
• Experience defining DevOps deployment pipelines and strategies.
• Ability to work within established change management policies and procedures.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with The Portal Connector (TPC) and Sitefinity integrations.
