Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documentation.
• Perform technical analysis and create detailed specification documents.
• Track development progress and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate across teams to propose technology solutions for complex business challenges.
• Articulate technical design and implementation concepts to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience implementing and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Object Oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platforms and Cloud Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM platform and CRM processes.
• Proficiency with SQL and Relational Database management systems.
• Experience working within Waterfall, DevOps, or Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in at least two CRM modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
• Experience using Visual Studio or similar IDEs.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certification in Azure or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.
• Knowledge of CRM processes within the manufacturing industry.
