Description

You will design and develop scalable MicroStrategy BI solutions, translating complex business requirements into robust dashboards and reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of MicroStrategy dashboards, dossiers, and documents.
• Design and manage schema objects, including attributes, facts, hierarchies, transformations, and metrics.
• Build and optimize Intelligent Cubes while implementing appropriate VLDB properties for performance.
• Develop strong SQL queries and data models for large-scale data warehouses like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide leadership and stakeholder management support.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy Development.
• Proficiency with MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, and Admin tools.
• Deep expertise in schema design, attributes, facts, metrics, and hierarchies.
• Strong SQL expertise and data modeling skills.
• Experience with large-scale data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of Intelligent Cubes and VLDB properties.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience in guiding technical implementations.
