Description

You will design, develop, and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards, dossiers, and reports, translating complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of MicroStrategy documents, including schema objects, attributes, facts, hierarchies, and metrics.
• Build and optimize Intelligent Cubes, implementing appropriate VLDB properties for performance tuning.
• Design data models and manage schema objects within large-scale data warehouses like Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring scalable and robust BI architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management for ongoing BI enhancements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in MicroStrategy Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, and Admin tools.
• Deep knowledge of schema design, including attributes, facts, metrics, and hierarchies.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling for enterprise data warehouses.
• Experience with Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Ability to manage Intelligent Cubes and VLDB settings effectively.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
