Description

Lead end-to-end data migration programs and serve as a technical advisor in the Data & Analytics space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full migration lifecycle, including requirement gathering, data mapping, cleansing, and gap analysis.
• Design and develop ETL tools, data aggregation strategies, and frameworks for efficient data extraction and transformation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve data quality issues, vendor product defects, and application testing blockers.
• Execute end-to-end conversion test plans, document results, and track defect resolution.
• Present migration status to senior management and prioritize immediate technical fixes.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of overall professional experience.
• 6-8 years of dedicated data migration experience.
• Experience migrating and converting data from legacy applications to new target environments.
• Proficiency in designing and programming ETL tools.
• Experience with NO-SQL-based scripts, functions, and packages for data analysis.
• Expertise in database and data warehouse design.
• Proven ability to lead and guide multiple technical teams.
• Experience in conversion specifications documentation and developing conversion standards.
