Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning of mineral processing systems, including equipment selection and process specification.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial design through installation and commissioning.
• Direct cross-functional teams including engineers, geologists, and operations staff to meet production objectives.
• Analyze operational data to drive process optimization, innovation, and cost savings.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a process engineering role focusing on design, installation, and commissioning.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
• Expertise in process optimization and mineral processing methods.
• Proven experience implementing environmentally sustainable practices such as waste reduction and water management.
