Sr. ML Engineer

You will lead the development and optimization of ML systems for large-scale feed products.

Responsibilities

• Improve feed quality and user experience through advanced ranking and recommendation models.
• Deep dive into technical ML system details alongside engineers and data science teams.
• Manage trade-offs between quality, diversity, and other top-line metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different timezones to deliver product improvements.
• Implement collisionless embeddings to adapt to real-time changes in user behavior.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and related fields.
• Proven experience with ranking, recommendation, and personalization for large feeds.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and gRPC.
• Experience combining deep learning with real-time data processing.
• Background working on large feed products and multi-sided marketplaces.
• Ability to work with AI model monoliths.
• Experience managing or leading teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
