Description

You will build and deploy machine learning and automation solutions for business tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions to automate repetitive business tasks using Python and APIs.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for unstructured data.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments, managing the full lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical ML/automation specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on use of libraries like scikit-learn and spaCy.
• Experience with OCR frameworks such as Tesseract, PaddleOCR, AWS Textract, or Google Document AI.
• Strong knowledge of regex, rules-based parsing, and entity extraction.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, including large-scale warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake.
• Demonstrated ability to automate tasks using Python and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with document layout analysis techniques (LayoutLM, Donut, DocTR).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS analytics/ML services (SageMaker, Comprehend, Lambda, Step Functions).
