Description

You will design, develop, and support custom mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Ionic platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and deploy custom mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and define mobile application architecture.
• Execute benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs, code, and data flow.
• Craft technical documentation for newly implemented features and bug fixes.
• Implement programming practices to deliver quality products consistently.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing cross-platform mobile applications.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript technologies including Ionic, Hybrid mobile development, Angular JS, JQuery, CSS3, and HTML5.
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications using the Ionic Framework.
• 3+ years of experience with API, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, and GraphQL.
• 6+ years of experience working with remote data via JSON and XML format.
• 6+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, and Spring.
• 6+ years of experience designing, coding, testing, and deploying J2EE applications into WebSphere, Weblogic, or JBoss environments.
• 2+ years of experience in CI/CD using Jenkins and build tools like ANT, Maven, or Nexus.
• Deep technical knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, cloud message APIs, and push notifications.
• Experience using AWS and AWS-related technologies.
• Proficiency with source code control, build, and release management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server and IHS Web Server.
