Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the Ionic platform, while supporting underlying Java/J2EE backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and deploy custom mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Define mobile application architecture and establish coding standards.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and benchmark testing to ensure quality.
• Create technical documentation for features, bug fixes, and data flow.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing cross-platform mobile applications.
• 5+ years with JavaScript technologies: Ionic, Angular JS, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5.
• 3+ years developing mobile applications using the Ionic Framework.
• 3+ years with API, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, and GraphQL.
• 6+ years working with remote data via JSON and XML.
• 6+ years with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, and Spring.
• 6+ years designing and deploying J2EE applications to WebSphere, Weblogic, or JBoss.
• 2+ years in CI/CD using Jenkins and build tools like ANT, Maven, or Nexus.
• Deep knowledge of iOS/Android platforms, cloud message APIs, and push notifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server and IHS Web Server.
