You will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications using Java, frontend technologies, and mobile frameworks.
• Drive adoption of microservices architecture utilizing RESTful and SOAP-based services.
• Oversee application sustainment, leading incident management and root cause analysis per ITIL principles.
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs in Jira and driving CI/CD practices.
• Communicate technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Android Kotlin, preferably in retail.
• Experience with Java, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and Jira for backlog management.
• Understanding of ITIL Principles for service management.
• Experience with cloud-native services on Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail industry.
• ITIL certification or formal training in IT service management.
