Description

You will design, implement, and administer MongoDB database infrastructure. You own the architecture, security, and performance of these systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement database infrastructure for high availability and security.
  • Manage MongoDB architecture, installation, and configuration.
  • Perform performance tuning and optimize database services.
  • Lead database projects and provide technical expertise to cross-functional IT teams.
  • Guide junior team members and resolve complex database issues through analytical problem-solving.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a MongoDB Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of MongoDB architecture and configuration.
  • Proven expertise in database performance tuning.
  • Strong understanding of database security, backup, and recovery best practices.
  • Experience managing database installations and administration.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex database-related technical issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with database clustering and load balancing technologies.
