Description

You will implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions for banking applications, bridging business, development, and support teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Splunk and Dynatrace across banking applications.
• Design and build monitoring solutions for cloud and containerized infrastructure.
• Provide subject matter expertise, including demos, training, and documentation for monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with teams on deployment planning, event configuration, and dashboard creation.
• Participate in global discussions regarding the evolution of monitoring strategies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• 5+ years of experience architecting or supporting production systems.
• 2+ years of experience in development or architecture for multi-tiered business applications.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, SiteScope, or Catchpoint.
• Experience with Java and/or .NET programming.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix OS-based infrastructure and shell scripting.
• Experience monitoring N-Tier architectures including Webservers, Middleware, and Databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
• Prior experience in development or support of banking applications.
