Description

Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure application health and performance across banking client environments using Splunk and Dynatrace.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build monitoring solutions for applications on cloud and containerized infrastructure.
• Lead the rollout of Splunk and Dynatrace across various application stacks.
• Collaborate with development and support teams on deployment planning and dashboard configuration.
• Monitor application and network performance, availability, and Major Incident Management.
• Act as a subject matter expert to conduct training, demos, and create technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working specifically with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• 5+ years of experience architecting or supporting production systems.
• 2+ years of experience in development or architecture for multi-tiered business applications.
• Proficiency with Windows and Unix-based infrastructure services and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET programming.
• Deep understanding of N-Tier architectures including Webservers, Middleware, and Databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
• Prior experience supporting banking applications.
