Description

Lead the deployment and strategy of monitoring tools across banking applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Splunk and Dynatrace for cloud and containerized infrastructure.
• Design monitoring solutions and implement dashboards for production systems.
• Collaborate with development and support teams on monitoring strategy and deployment planning.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to drive tool adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring events and incident management.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• 5+ years architecting or supporting production systems.
• 2+ years in development or architecture for multi-tiered business applications.
• Deep understanding of N-Tier architectures, software stacks, and application performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET programming.
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix-based infrastructure services and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL functions and Major Incident Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
• Prior experience in development or support of banking applications.
