Description

You will design and implement end-to-end monitoring solutions to support business and application development teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and roll out strategic monitoring tools across banking client applications.
• Build monitoring setups for applications running on cloud and container infrastructure.
• Consult with client teams to configure monitoring events and dashboards.
• Host tool demonstrations, training sessions, and create operational manuals to drive adoption.
• Participate in global discussions regarding the evolution of monitoring strategy.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Splunk and Dynatrace architecture.
• 5+ years in production systems architecting or support roles.
• 2+ years of development or architecture experience for multi-tiered business applications.
• Experience with N-Tier Architecture including Webserver, Middleware, and Database components.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Unix-based infrastructure services.
• Strong understanding of software stacks and how application components interact with middleware and hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SRE teams.
• Background in development or support of banking applications.
• Experience with Major Incident Management and ITIL processes.
