Description

You will configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Social Engagement, and Field Service environments.
• Develop and deploy custom C# processes and JavaScript solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Design and implement entity customizations, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements.
• Manage data import and export operations, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales configuration and features.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Social Engagement and Field Service modules.
