Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of the Tethering & Verification Identity Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a highly scalable, configurable Identity Platform in collaboration with product and architects.
• Drive design meetings to propose, discuss, and refine new features and functionality.
• Manage the full project life cycle from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
• Maintain and enhance architectural documentation for network, security, infrastructure, and data architectures.
• Communicate technical standards, principles, and methodologies to stakeholders and technology leaders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in open standards: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and FAPI.
• Expert back-end development using Java EE (Java, application servers, servlet containers, JMS, JPA, Spring MVC, Hibernate).
• Strong OOP skills with the ability to transform requirements into scalable software designs.
• Experience building web services and microservices using HTTP and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and modern database/storage technologies.
• Competency in design patterns, MVC, and Spring frameworks.
• Experience with Java build tools, unit testing, test automation, and continuous integration.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, JSON, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of finance and Digital Identity industry standards.
• Understanding of Oracle, JDBC, and ORM frameworks.
