You will lead the build and implementation of MyChart Questionnaires across multiple specialty areas, ensuring robust patient-facing application components.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement MyChart Questionnaires for various clinical specialties.
• Support Epic MyChart Patient Related Outcomes (PROs) workflows.
• Configure and maintain patient-facing application components.
• Ensure accurate deployment of clinical data structures within the Epic ecosystem.
• Collaborate with specialty teams to align questionnaire design with clinical needs.

Required Skills

• Epic MyChart certification.
• Epic Ambulatory certification.
• 5+ years of experience building and supporting Epic MyChart Patient Related Outcomes (PROs).
• 5+ years of experience building Patient Questionnaires for multiple specialty areas.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
