You will manage and optimize database environments to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize database and server performance.
• Develop automated processes for routine database tasks and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with application development teams to provide database support and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Configure and manage replication and log shipping solutions for HA, scalability, and DR.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expertise in SQL Server performance tuning and advanced feature implementation.
• Hands-on experience with database replication and log shipping.
• Proficiency with MySQL, SQL, and Oracle.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
