Description

You will design and implement scalable cloud-native applications and distributed systems using the .NET 8 stack and Azure services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Cosmos DB schemas, including partition key selection, indexing policies, and RU consumption tuning for sub-10ms latency.
• Architect event-driven workflows using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
• Manage API lifecycle and security, migrating policies from Azure API Management to Kong API Gateway.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM templates for core resource deployments.
• Plan and execute service migrations between Azure-native services and AWS equivalents like Lambda, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET 8 (ASP.NET Core Web API, middleware, dependency injection).
• Deep operational knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, specifically for multi-tenant partitioning and low-latency scenarios.
• Proficiency with asynchronous programming using async/await and IAsyncEnumerable.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and JWT via Azure Identity and API Management.
• Strong skills in IaC using Bicep or ARM templates.
• Ability to define and document OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Experience with Azure Messaging Notification Hubs for push notifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform for multi-cloud or hybrid scenario management.
• Familiarity with SignalR or gRPC for real-time communication.
• Knowledge of Kong API Gateway configuration and plugin management.
