Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications for European Utilities clients, managing full project lifecycles and technical solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles using PMP policies and Agile/Scrum practices from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans addressing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resource management.
• Ensure Azure cloud solutions comply with EU security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with European business stakeholders to define requirements and drive delivery.
• Track milestones, KPIs, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies and providing transparent status reporting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery management.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience building or integrating PowerApps solutions.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale projects for utility or regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to blend PMP governance frameworks with Agile ways of working.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with European clients and navigating cross-cultural communication.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
