Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the PACE platform, driving application architecture and complex system design. You will oversee the full development lifecycle from technical analysis through user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis, design, and development for complex projects.
• Define technical approaches by collaborating with application owners and cross-functional staff.
• Direct and monitor the work of less experienced staff while coordinating development tasks.
• Prepare technical components of project plans, including task assessments and effort estimations.
• Provide technical direction for enterprise-wide initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with VB6.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and Windows Forms.
• Extensive experience in scaled-up application architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading VB6 conversion efforts.
• Experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of experience in VB6 and C# and Windows Forms.
• Experience using VBUC or working within the banking industry.
