Design and build REST-based microservices and integration models for fintech API solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable microservices and integration models.
• Build security models using access controls, policies, and authentication.
• Develop high-performing microservices capable of scaling to millions of requests.
• Design easy-to-consume API solutions and maintain clear API specifications.
• Communicate technical designs across various engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years building REST-based APIs using .NET Web API.
• 3+ years with .NET Core or .NET 6.
• 3+ years building applications on the Azure platform.
• Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure Cosmos, Azure Redis, and Azure Event Hub.
• Proficiency with Azure Service Bus, Event Grids, Azure Functions, and App Services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including building pipelines and releases.
• 2+ years with SSO integration (ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Okta) and token consumption (OAuth, SAML, or JWT).
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and NuGet dependency management.
• Experience writing xUnit or NUnit tests using Moq, AutoFac, or NSubstitute, and Fluent Validation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of deploying microservices in Azure environments and building high-availability applications using AKS.
