Description

You will maintain and enhance stabilized .NET applications, develop new systems from technical specifications, and convert existing legacy codebases to the .NET Framework with integrated security features.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, and supported MVC frameworks.
• Analyze software requirements to design, test, and implement new systems or application enhancements.
• Write technical specifications and document all deliverables, including unit testing and procedure validation.
• Modify existing applications to meet changes in technology, security, or legal standards.
• Collaborate with program teams to align technical design with business processes and agency standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming techniques.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript object models.
• Experience building responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Ability to work with asynchronous RESTful services using JSON.
• Experience with VB.NET.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Node.js, AngularJS, or MongoDB.
• Ability to convert wireframes and PSD designs into functional web applications.
