Description

Maintain and enhance stabilized .NET applications while designing and implementing new systems based on program requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework, MVC, and C# programming.
• Convert existing applications to the .NET Framework and implement additional security features.
• Design, develop, unit test, and deploy software using object-oriented techniques and best practices.
• Write technical specifications and document all deliverables based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and program teams to meet project milestones and align with agency standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C# programming and the .NET Framework.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of VB.NET for maintaining existing applications.
• Experience creating responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, AngularJS, React, and UI element binding.
• Ability to work independently with technical issues, system design, and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience creating asynchronous RESTful services using JSON.
