Description

You will own the full development life cycle for agency web applications, from requirements analysis to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write technical specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements.
• Develop applications using C#, .NET Framework, and MVC patterns.
• Design and implement unit testing strategies and execute testing plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project plans and meet milestones.
• Prototype, refine, test, and debug programs in partnership with technical staff and end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET Framework.
• Proficiency in MVC frameworks and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging complex applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with Project Managers and external partners.
• Capacity to work independently with general supervision and latitude for judgment.
• Ability to analyze agency web application architecture and business decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Project Managers to align technical deliverables with business goals.
