Description

You will develop and support an internal document management system and healthcare payer EDI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain healthcare payer EDI solutions, focusing on HIPAA X12 transactions and QNXT claims processing.
• Manage non-X12 EDI imports and exports, including XML and text file processing, data mapping, and conversion projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Lead development, perform code reviews, and manage troubleshooting efforts for technical staff and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development and integration experience using MS technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Web Services.
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, Transact-SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Proven experience with EDI and HIPAA X12 transaction sets (e.g., 837, 835, 277).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with IT healthcare payer technologies or claims processing systems.
• 3+ years of experience managing skilled technical staff and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BizTalk Server development.
