Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug web-based applications.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using advanced SQL.
• Analyze enhancement requests and provide technical solution approaches.
• Create and maintain SDM technical documentation, including design documents and specs.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in web application development and support.
• Strong proficiency in web technologies and structured programming concepts.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Proven experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and manage development tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web application development and SQL.
