You will lead technical strategy and people management for software development teams focused on C# and .NET.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop mid-term technical visions and roadmaps to meet future infrastructure and requirement needs.
• Design, guide, and vet system designs across the broader engineering area.
• Manage team priorities to align with organizational goals and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Review engineer code to ensure accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and career development for direct reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience using C# and .NET.
• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles overseeing strategic projects.
• 3+ years of experience in people management or team supervision.
• Experience with cloud modernization, preferably using GCP.
• 3 years of experience working within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to align strategy and decision-making across global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale global engineering teams.
