Description

Lead technical direction and development for cloud-based, data-driven applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using .NET 8.
• Mentor .NET developers and conduct code reviews.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and project lifecycles using Scrum or Kanban.
• Implement security best practices and maintain SQL Server databases.
• Support legacy system modernization and reusable component development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, and SQL.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning.
• 3+ years working with Azure-based projects.
• 5+ years managing development projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or TFS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce (Apex, LWC) and middleware tools like Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Understanding of user-centered design (UX/UI) principles.
• Exposure to AI technologies and legacy system modernization.
