Description

You will design and develop .NET-based GIS Web applications addressing complex business and systems integration needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement GIS applications, including maintenance and enhancements of existing systems.
• Develop mobile GIS data collection mechanisms for field operations and integrate datasets into browser applications.
• Create, consume, and manipulate ArcGIS Server REST services.
• Develop semi-custom ExperienceBuilder applications and enhance existing applications using ESRI’s JavaScript 4.X API.
• Perform production support and incident management, troubleshooting root causes of environmental outages.

Required Skills

• 5+ Years experience with .NET and C#.
• 5+ Years experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle) and Oracle Spatial.
• 5+ Years experience with ArcGIS Web development using HTML5 and ESRI JavaScript API.
• Experience with ArcGIS Desktop suite, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online.
• Proficiency in writing and managing Python scripts for GIS ETL and data transformations.
• Experience designing and developing GIS application designs and recommending optimal approaches.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Experience working in an Agile sprint environment.
