Description

Lead the development of functionally intensive applications and manage technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams by writing code, supervising developers, and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers to design software solutions and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Build application front-ends, develop APIs, and manage databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software while implementing security and data protection settings.
• Direct India-based team members and manage work estimation and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in the ASP.NET framework.
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of design and architectural patterns.
• Proven experience in technical team leadership and supervising developers.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments using SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to estimate work efforts and identify risks to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Experience in requirements gathering and communicating technical progress to customers.

• Experience within the energy industry.
