Description

Lead application support and maintenance for a suite of custom, COTS, and SaaS applications. Own high-priority incident resolution, application enhancements, and release management activities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve high-priority incidents and manage application enhancements and development tasks.
• Oversee release management, deployments, and baselining of Asset and CMDB databases.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve support issues for COTS and SaaS applications.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk and end users to ensure end-to-end issue resolution.
• Manage customer reporting and backlog prioritization to maintain service level adherence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, SQL, ASP.NET, and WebApps.
• Proven experience in Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and Application Performance Monitoring.
• Experience with Service Request Fulfillment and Job Monitoring.
• Background in application maintenance including corrective, preventive, perfective, and adaptive activities.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and complex problem-solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to adhere to strict IT support processes and security policies.
