Description

You will provide expert-level consulting for network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in a global financial services environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Data Center Core and Edge Routing and Switching platforms for LAN/WAN/MAN environments.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues using deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and RIP.
• Manage and troubleshoot network services platforms including F5 and InfoBlox.
• Configure and maintain network security devices such as ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, and Illumio.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience, including 10+ years as a network consultant.
• Expert-level proficiency with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP.
• Extensive experience with TCP/IP design, subnetting, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Nexus, Juniper, and Arista platforms.
• Proficiency with network security devices: ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, ZTA.
• Scripting proficiency in Python.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• US Citizen status with ability to pass background checks.
