Description

You will manage and support corporate network technology infrastructures as an independent contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and support network functions to address current and future client needs.
• Lead major incident resolution and direct technical response during outages.
• Plan significant network refreshes and assist with technical proposals.
• Articulate technical topics, remediation plans, and project status to leadership and non-technical staff.
• Mentor peers to improve team technical proficiency.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in network design and support functions.
• Experience with L1 infrastructure services.
• BS degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Strong technical acumen regarding corporate network technology infrastructures.
• Proficiency with MS Visio and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
