Description

You will manage IT network, telecommunication, and on-premises server infrastructure, with a focus of 70% on network systems, 20% on servers, and 10% on other infrastructure duties.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design logical network layouts and physical infrastructure for network and server systems.
• Implement security patching schedules and policies for network and hosting equipment.
• Monitor network status and capacity to ensure availability and performance.
• Coordinate global and local IT infrastructure projects and operations with vendors.
• Resolve operational issues involving network, telecommunication, and data cabling providers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Network, Telecommunications, or hosting engineering.
• Strong expertise in Cisco LAN, WLAN, and WAN infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and managing network segregation using VLANs.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITIL methodology) and ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Understanding of network security and policy implementation for Cisco and Palo Alto.
• Ability to create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or other networking/server/firewall certificates.
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization and server hardware.
