Description

Manage and lead IT network, telecommunication, and on-prem server infrastructure operations, covering 70% network, 20% server, and 10% other duties.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design logical and physical layouts for network and server infrastructure.
• Implement security patching schedules and policies for network and hosting equipment.
• Monitor network status and capacity to ensure availability and performance.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure projects and resolve operational issues with vendors and partners.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Network/Telco domain.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware, including Networks, Telecommunications, and Virtualization (Hyper-V).
• Experience with CISCO network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Implementation and management of network segregation (VLANs).
• Understanding of network security and policy implementation (CISCO, Palo Alto).
• Ability to create HLD, LLD diagrams, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or other networking/server/firewall certificates.
• Experience with ITIL methodology and ServiceNow (SNOW).
