Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and security solutions while managing incidents according to ITIL standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cost-effective network, infrastructure, and security solutions.
• Perform configuration changes, re-installations, and hardware replacements on Cisco switches, routers, wireless APs, and F5 LoadBalancers.
• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues, coordinating with Cisco TAC for advanced support when necessary.
• Manage incidents and changes following ITIL standards and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total networking experience in design and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field (5 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco 6500 Series switches.
• 2 years of experience with Cisco ACI Data Center technologies and SD-WAN.
• 2 years of experience implementing Cisco ASA Firewalls.
• 1 year of experience specifically with Cisco ACI Data Center implementations.
• Proficiency with OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, QoS, and network security technologies.
