Description

You will manage and maintain network solutions across workplace, factory, and logistics environments, serving as the Tier-2/3 escalation point.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision, implement, test, and maintain networking services according to solution designs.
• Collaborate with Staff Network Engineers on design initiatives and manufacturing engineers on requirements gathering.
• Monitor, analyze, and report network service metrics while maintaining the operational Run-Book and knowledgebase.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and follow formal change request processes.
• Develop scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and metric collection.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing mid-to-large global enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of IP networking, L2/L3 protocols (Spanning-tree, OSPF, BGP), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, QoS, VLAN, and ACL.
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Juniper SRX.
• Proficiency with multi-vendor switching such as Juniper EX, QFX, and Cisco Industrial Ethernet.
• Experience with NAC, application flow, infrastructure cabling (CAT6, Fiber), and IT room layout.
• Ability to troubleshoot with circuit carriers and use tools like Protocol Analyzers, SNMP, IPAM, RADIUS, Netbrain, and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
