Description

You will manage enterprise network operations, resolve connectivity issues, and maintain configurations across diverse hardware environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day network operations and respond to support tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and performance problems.
• Manage and maintain network protocols and configurations across enterprise hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and users to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• Deep understanding of IP Protocols including ICMP, UDP, and TCP.
• Hands-on experience with Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, and ISIS.
• Proficiency with Layer 2 technologies: STP, RSTP, .1q VLANs, VPC, HSRP, and VRRP.
• Experience with MPLS and Quality of Service (QoS) implementation.
• Knowledge of IP filtering, firewalling, and DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IPAM).
• Competency in Wireless networking and Juniper environments.
• Strong understanding of Cisco IOS.
• Experience with SD-WAN.

Preferred Skills

• Networking certifications such as CCNP, CCNAS, JNCIS-ENT, or JNCIS-SP.
