Description

You will manage and optimize global network infrastructure and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and document network upgrades and security enhancements.
• Install, configure, and support network equipment to maximize performance.
• Troubleshoot transport layer issues and WAN links.
• Manage network monitoring and alert systems to investigate faults.
• Coordinate with customers to activate services and report network status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the networking domain.
• Experience with large global MPLS and SD-WAN projects.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and alert management.
• Hands-on experience with uCPE, WAN accelerators, and firewall technologies.
• Ability to manage scheduled upgrades and firmware updates.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Any SD-WAN certification.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience with Versa, Cisco-Viptela, VeloCloud, Meraki MX, or Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Availability to support 24x7 operations via rotational shifts.
